Registration Information
Wind Band Institute Participant Fee
An EARLY BIRD Wind Band Institute fee of $377
is offered to those registering before May 31. Those registrations
postmarked after May 31 will pay the regular fee of $398.
The Wind Band Institute fee includes all sessions, use of
facilities, refreshments and evening picnic.
NEW for 2008! Undergraduate Participant Fee
A significant 60% discounted partcipant fee of only
$149 is offered to students currently enrolled in a college
or university music program. Part of our mission is to encourage and
support new music educators.
Methods of Payment
Checks should be made payable to Wind Band Institute
and mailed to P.O. Box 162, Hawley, MN 56549.
We are unable to accept credit cards. Receipt of your registration
form and a $150 check will secure your housing (if requested)
and serve as your deposit. You will receive a confirmation letter
indicating your remaining expenses (i.e. tuition balance, housing,
credits, meals) which may be paid upon arrival.
Refund Policy:
Requests for refunds (less the $60 cancellation fee) are honored
if received five full working days prior to the Wind Band Institute.
However, substitutions are accepted at any time. We reserve the
right to cancel the Wind Band Institute because of insufficient
enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the Institute
is cancelled, we will refund all registration fees, but cannot
be held responsible for any other costs, charges, or expenses,
including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel
agencies.
